"Okamoto Freedom Project Contest" Terms & Conditions

• The Contest is open to all Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore as well as Singapore Employment Pass and S Pass holders, except employees of Corlison Pte Ltd, aged 18 and above.
• The number of entries per person is unlimited.
• Participants agree that all information as part of their submission in the Contest can be used and produced under the Okamoto Freedom Project. Participants also agree to take part in any promotion or publicity exercise that may be conducted by Corlison Pte Ltd as part of the contest or the Okamoto Freedom Project campaign.
• Incomplete and incorrect entries will be disqualified.
• Participants must submit their idea between 24 November 2011 - 24 January 2012 on www.okamotofreedom.com
• Entries can only be submitted via Facebook login on www.okamotofreedom.com
• After the submission period has ended, Corlison Pte Ltd will be evaluating each participant’s idea on cleverness and suitability with the Okamoto Freedom Project, as well as feasibility in regards to production budget and timeline. Based on these criteria, Corlison Pte Ltd will be shortlisting the Top 10 most promising ideas. Corlison Pte Ltd’s decisions are final and non-disputable.
• The Top 10 results will be posted on www.okamotofreedom.com on 14 February 2012.
• Voting of the Top 10 ideas will be open to the public from 14 - 28 February 2012. Votes can be submitted on www.okamotofreedom.com
• The participant with the most votes will be announced as winner on www.okamotofreedom.com on 01 March 2012.
• In case two or more participants will receive the same number of votes, Corlison Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine the winner amongst them.
• The winner will be notified via their Facebook login (and Facebook-registered e-mail address) the idea was submitted with.
• The winner will receive a return flight from Singapore to Japan for 2 pax, and Okamoto condom samples from their entire range.
• It is a condition for the award of a prize that the winner must sign and return an Acceptance letter to Corlison Pte Ltd. within one (1) month after the date of notification via Facebook and e-mail.
• For identification and verification purposes, the winner must present the original of his/her NRIC when he/she returns the Acceptance letter.
• If the winner fails to produce his/her NRIC, or if the winner turns out to be not eligible to participate in this Contest, Corlison Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify the winner while proceeding with the production and distribution of the winner’s idea. His/her prize will be forfeited.
• If the winner fails to claim his/her prize by not returning the signed Acceptance letter to Corlison Pte Ltd within one (1) month after notification, his/her prize will be forfeited. Corlison Pte Ltd, however, reserves the right to proceed with the production and distribution of the winner’s idea.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash, and is non-transferable.
• Voting results & decisions by Corlison Pte Ltd are final and non-disputable.
• Corlison Pte Ltd reserve the right to:
  - amend, add or delete any of the terms and conditions mentioned in this document
  - substitute the prize with a prize of similar value
  - cancel, terminate or suspend this contest.
• Corlison Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, deficiency or inadequacy of services in relation to the prize.
